Who is he to dictate to Speaker

Velagapudi: YSR Congress Party MLA Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy on Thursday alleged that AP CM Chandrababu is running the house at his whims and the ministers are dictating the Speaker. 

Speaking to the media after the house adjourned for ten minutes, the YSRCP MLA said that Chandrababu directed Chief Whip Kalava Srinivasulu to see that the House is adjourned for the day immediately after he completes his speech without giving a chance to Opposition on World Water Day. He said that Kalava Srinivasulu conveyed Chandrababu's message with physical gestures and  the Speaker immediately followed it and adjourned the house.

He also questioned that how can a minister give an ultimatum to the speaker stating that he will not sit in the house if the mike is given to the YSRCP.
