Tadepalli, July 3: YSRCP Guntur District President and former Minister Ambati Rambabu strongly criticized the alarming collapse of law and order in Andhra Pradesh.
In a press statement released, he alleged that under the so-called "Red Book Constitution" and political governance model introduced by Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, lawlessness and violence were increasing rapidly across the state. He said public representatives, common citizens, and especially opposition party workers were left without protection.
Ambati highlighted a shocking incident from Ponnur constituency in Guntur district, where a Dalit Sarpanch belonging to YSRCP, Bonigala Nagamalleswara Rao, was brutally attacked in broad daylight by TDP workers. He said the attackers attempted to kill the Sarpanch, who is now in critical condition and receiving treatment at Guntur Government Hospital.
He accused the TDP of orchestrating attacks on anyone who dares to speak against Chandrababu Naidu or question the ruling party party's actions. He said this violent political atmosphere is spreading across villages and districts, pushing the state into a dangerous state of lawlessness.
Ambati assured that YSRCP stands firmly with Nagamalleswara Rao and his family. He demanded that the government take immediate action to restore peace and provide protection to the people.
