Police Security Cut Down to YS Jagan's Praja Sankalpa Yatra
16 Nov 2017 6:43 PM

It seems Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is jealous of the opposition leader and YSR COngress party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for receiving overwhelming response to his Praja Sankalpa Yatra from people.
The number of security personnel deployed to oversee the safety and security of YS Jagan has been reduced drastically when YS Jagan's yatra entered Kurnool district on November 14. Only two police officials in the rank of Sub Inspectors were monitoring the YSR Congress leader's security in the sensitive area which covered by dense Nallamala forests also.
Taking serious note of reducing the security, the YSR Congress leaders lodged a complaint with district police. On the demand, government deployed 3 Circle Inspectors, 4 SIs and two constables. As per the guidelines, government would have to provide security to the opposition leaders by DSP cadre official.
