TDP tall claims detrimental to state interests
08 Dec 2016 5:15 PM
Hyderabad, Dec 8: Reiterating that TDP
has been boasting of a growth rate which was not there, YSR Congress has said
the tall talk does not corroborate with revenue.
‘Chandrababu Naidu has made big claims
that the GDSP of the State has been far more than that of the national average
but the figures do not vouch for the revenue growth as they are directly
proportionate to each other,’ party spokesperson K Parthasarathi told reporters
here on Thursday.
If the GDSP rate has grown
substantially, it should reflect in the revenues as well but that is not the
case as the indicators refuse to pop up and such false claims go against the
interest of the state.
The Centre may place our state on a
different plank going by the tall talk of Chandrababu Naidu and the aid may not
be forthcoming which will put our state in disarray.
The special category status too went out
of hands by such false claims of the Chief Minister and the financial
discipline should reflect in the true terms and the government should shun
publicity mongering, he said.
The party will picket at all the
District Collector offices on Friday in protest against the
indifference being shown by TDP government towards Aargyasri scheme and Party
President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy would participate in the dharna at Ongole, he
said.
