YSRCP slams coalition for lack of governance

Visakhapatnam, July 12: YSRCP has slammed the coalition for its lack of governance, rampant corruption affecting all sections of people and is steeping in corruption with Chandrababu Naidu losing control over administration. 

Speaking to media here on Saturday, leader in Legislative Council, Botsa Satyanarayana, said, farmers are in great distress and the government wakes up with a knee-jerk reaction only after our leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy visits market yards, be it mirchi, tobacco or mango. 

The drama being put up the government rushing to Delhi yields no results as the coalition lacks sincerity, he said and questioned the remarks of the Chief Minister and his colleagues demeaning farmers and filing cases. 

There is no governance and all sections of people are restive as they are neglected and poll promises are not getting any of the welfare schemes promised by the coalition. 

The leadership speaking sedition case for raising the APMDC bonds issue is ridiculous as we have raised the unconstitutional approach of the government as it has allowed private parties to have access to state exchequer. When we pledged future revenue of Beverages Corporation, TDP has moved the court which gave its verdict in our favour as the amount thus raised were used for welfare schemes. That is not the case with APMDC bonds and the case is in the court, he said.

Drug culture has been on rise in the coalition government and peddlers are being shielded by the TDP leadership which is ridiculous. Police were forced to change their version under pressure as it happened in case of the death of our party worker Singayya, he said.

Women and minors are not safe and atrocities are being carried out and the government talks tall but shows no action, he said, adding that the whopping loan of Rs 1.50 lakh crore is not accounted for as none of the election promises were fulfilled. 

In just one year, the anti-incumbency has mounted to great heights and the arrogance can be seen from the top leadership down the line. Review of ministers and talking tough is only for public consumption as the fountainhead itself lacks morals, he said.
