Protests against the government in Anganwadis

Anganwadi workers in Andhra were furious on the actions of government. Protests continued in the whole State demanding their issues to be resolved. They all demanded that in addition to the immediate implementation of the new GO salaries and also the old arrears have to be given. They stated that their problems have to resolved immediately. Otherwise the protests will be severe warned the workers.
Workers protested before the RTO office, Tekkali, Srikakulam district. In Vijayanagarma, Parvatipuram, the Anganwadi workers surrounded the Sub-collector office. Rally was organized near Jammlamadugu mandal, YSRCP district. The rally started from the MDO till the RTO office and submitted their memorandum. They demanded for the implementation of increased salaries according to the Government order, Retirement benefits and pension facilities immediately.
