Hyderabad, Oct 30, 2013: The CBI
court at Nampally in Hyderabad on Wednesday permitted YSR Congress party chief
Sri Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy to tour AP and Delhi.
The court delivered its orders on a
petition filed by him seeking to relax the conditions imposed while granting
bail to him.
Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy filed the
petition in the court saying that he had wanted to undertake the tour of AP as
a party chief to meet people and know their problems. He also appealed to the
court to allow him to tour Delhi as an MP.
The court, while granting bail to Sri
Jagan Mohan Reddy, imposed the conditions that he should not leave Hyderabad
without court permission. The condition has been removed with today’s orders of
the court.
