Another Petition To The Speaker

Hyderabad: Another petition has been filed in front of speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao regarding arty defection. YSRCP MLAs Giddi Eshwari and Desai Tippareddy filed the petition asking for disqualifying MLA Amarnath Reddy who had defected YSR Congress Party in spite of being elected with its ticket. They requested for action against him as per anti-defection law. They handed over the petition to the assembly's secretary sue to unavailability of speaker Kodela.
