YSRCP slams a section of media for false propaganda

Tadepalli, July 1: The YSR Congress Party has strongly condemned the baseless and malicious reports aired and published yellow media channels targeting YSRCP State Coordinator Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy.

The Party stated that ever since the coalition government came to power, yellow media houses have been making a habit of running character assassination campaigns against YSRCP leaders with unfounded allegations. Party leaders said that this is part of a larger conspiracy to damage the image of YSRCP.

The Party clarified that Sri Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy has no connection whatsoever with Premchand or the allegations against him. It was pointed out that the media irresponsibly branded visitors to the Party office as close aides of Sajjala Rama Krishna Reddy and aired false stories without verification or evidence.

The YSRCP said it would not hesitate to initiate legal action against those spreading such defamatory news that harms the reputation and dignity of its leaders.
