Former Raptadu MLA Thopudurthi Prakash Reddy
Hyderabad,April 4: Former Raptadu MLA Thopudurthi Prakash Reddy strongly criticized TDP MLA Paritala Sunitha for making baseless allegations against YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He said Sunitha has no moral right to speak about YS Jagan, a leader admired by crores, and accused her of diverting public attention from her family’s faction-ridden criminal history.
Referring to the murder of YSRCP worker Lingamayya in Papireddypalli, Thopudurthi stated the involvement of Sunitha’s brothers and their sons, which she herself admitted. He said Sunitha’s past is stained by decades of violence, including her late husband Paritala Ravi’s alleged role in multiple murders and bomb attacks on political rivals.
He reminded that even the CBI had cleared YS Jagan in Ravi’s murder, proving her current allegations false and politically motivated. He also pointed out her hypocrisy in once accusing the JC family but now maintaining friendly ties with them.
Condemning her threats towards his family, Thopudurthi said they would continue their public service without fear. He accused the Paritala family of halting irrigation projects for commissions and extorting tomato farmers. He concluded that no amount of political drama can erase their criminal past, and justice will prevail with the return of the YSRCP government.
