YSRCP to contest GHMC polls

Hyderabad, Dec 12: YSR Congress has said
that it would contest all the 150 divisions in the ensuing GHMC polls and the
tangible works done by YSR will yield good results for the Party. ‘We have
decided to contest in all the 150 divisions in the upcoming GHMC elections and
we will emerge as a force in the Corporation elections,’ Telangana Party
General Secretary K Shiva Kumar told reporters here on Saturday.

It was YSR who had completed the
Shamshabad international airport in a record time, and created other
infrastructure facilities like the Outer Ring Road, PV Narasimha Rao Express
Highway and had developed the Greater Hyderabad and his work is tangible. Others
have only claims but YSR work is visible and it was he who started the Metro
Rail project which did not take shape even now. ‘We are pitching in and will
contest in all the divisions and our Party leaders Sharmila and YS Jagan Mohan
Reddy will also campaign,’ he said.
