Vijayamma warns Naidu gang of legal action

Hyderabad, Feb 20,
2013: Serving a subtle warning to TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu for making
baseless allegations against Smt. Sharmila and her husband Brother Anil Kumar,
YSRCP honourary president Smt. Y.S. Vijayamma disclosed on Wednesday that the
YSR family has been exploring the possibility of filing a defamation suit
against Naidu and his gang,

Addressing the party's extended meeting at Lotus Pond here, Smt. Vijayamma said Naidu must know that people
are fed up with his continuous criticism of YSRCP chief Sri Y. S. Jagan Mohan
Reddy and YSR family members.

Listing out the various
decisions of the Congress government in the state that imposed unbearable
financial burden on the people, she said Naidu, instead of teaching a lesson to
the Kiran Kumar Reddy-led Congress Government by introducing no-confidence
motion, has been protecting it with political intentions.

“Naidu has no other
work except for criticizing the YSR family and Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy. Even
three years after the death of YSR, Naidu has not stopped criticizing him. He
continued to criticize our party president also. Now, he has started
criticizing Smt. Sharmila and her husband Brother Anil after she launched her
Padayatra,” Smt. Vijayamma said.

She said Naidu seems to
have not recognized the fact that people are fed up listening to his continuous
criticism of YSR family. “Anyhow, we are exploring the possibility of filing
defamation case against Naidu and his gang for making baseless allegations
against Smt. Sharmila and her husband,” she disclosed.

There is no substance
in the allegations leveled against Smt. Sharmila and Anil by Naidu, she said,
rejecting the charges lock, stock and barrel.
