Chandrababu betrays the poor

Hyderabad: Lashing out at Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu for betraying the poor and under-privileged, Official spokesperson of the YSR Congress party (YSRCP) TJR Sudhakar Babu said that the corporatization of schools with the influence of Narayana institutions spoiled the education in the State. Under TDP’s rule, school education has become more expensive, he added.
Speaking to media here on Monday, he said that Chandrababu Naidu inducted an ST candidate into his cabinet 6 months before the elections, which reflects his failure to address the issues of Dalits in the last four years. Chandrababu made hundreds of promises to each community before the 2014 elections, he recalled.
The YSRCP leader further said that the TDP government misused funds and lands allotted for the benefit of Dalits. Demanding the TDP leaders to release data on sand mafia and land leases, he said that Chandrababu was responsible for the murder of a tribal MLA. “How many from the Dalit communities were given the contracts and mining leases? We are ready to co-operate with the police investigation in YS Jagan attack case. We need an explanation on the DGP’s comments over the attack,” he demanded.
He urged people of the State to protect YSRCP Chief YS Jagan.
