Chandrababu and Lokesh will end up behind bars

Visakhapatnam: YSR Congress Party MLA RK Roja said that if a CBI inquiry was conducted Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and his son and Minister Nara Lokesh will end up behind bars. Speaking at the Deception Day Protest here today, she said that women were not safe in TDP-ruled AP and referring to the ADR report she said that five TDP leaders were accused of women's harassment and assault.

Roja said that TDP was involved in misguiding the people with false protests at Tirupati today. She pointed out that April 30 was TDP Leaders' Fools Day. The TDP-BJP duo has cheated the people of the state. "Chandrababu was afraid that he would be jailed if he raised his voice in demand for Special Category Status (SCS) to AP and had compromised on it for his personal gain."

The YSRCP MLA said that during his nine year tenure as CM, Chandrababu had no idea of where Polvaram was. It was late Dr YS Rajashekara Reddy who understood the need for Polavaram project and initiated it. She went on to question the AP CM's decision to have a BJP minister's wife on TTD Board as well as sending Sujana Chowdary to meet Arun Jaitley. "After having met the Governor ESL Narasimhan for over one and half hours, Chandrababu came out of the meeting and took a u-turn against the Governor. What did he try to talk to the Governor about and why did he take a u turn?"

Roja called upon the people not to believe the false promises made by the TDP Chief. She said after being part of the central government for four years, the TDP did not fulfill any promise. How can people trust the party and its leaders? She reemphasized the fact that it was YSRCP that was relentlessly fighting for SCS to AP.
