Democracy Being Ridiculed

Solidarity meeting to YSRCP's Save Democracy happened at Tamarind Indian Cuisine in Aurora of Chicago under the supervision of Seshu Reddy and Kondapalli Satya. MLA Gadikota Srikanth Reddy attended the event as the chief guest. Speaking on this occasion, he mentioned that hundreds of non-resident Andhraites were joining YSRCP, thereby passing a strong message to the political system of India. He stated that they would work for the implementation of welfare schemes initiated by late Dr.YS Rajasekhar Reddy. He confided that the golden rule of YSR would come back with his son and YSRCP president YS Jagan.

Srikanth Reddy mentioned that he was present among the people as a sincere MLA under the leadership of capable leader YS Jagan and that he would be left with a black mark in the history if he gave in to the enticement of TDP. He remarked that people were observing everything and they would teach TDP a lesson in the elections of 2019.

Srikanth Reddy unveiled the book published by YSRCP with the details of the 31 scams committed by Chandrababu in the past 2 years that had enabled him to earn Rs.1,34,295 crore, 'Chandrababu-Emperor of Corruption'. Participating in this event were Chicago city committee in-charge R.Venkateswara Reddy, Gangadhar, Baktiyar Khan, Telugu-speaking NRIs living in various states of USA, students, YSR followers and YSRCP activists.

Executive members of America Telugu Association (ATA), Chandrasekhar Reddy, KK Reddy and Krishna participated in the event. Through Gadikota Srikanth Reddy, they requested the leader of opposition in AP and YSRCP president YS Jagan to attend the 25th anniversary of ATA to happen at Chicago in the first week of July as chief guest.
