Tadepalli, May 5: Welcoming the Supreme Court remarks on the Margadarsi case, YSRCP said it will continue to extend its support to victims of the Company.
Speaking to media here on Tuesday, Party General Secretary Jupudi Prabhakar Rao said, the Supreme Court stating that a case cannot be closed with the death of a person but continues till the institution is functioning.
Though Ramoji Rao is not there his legacy of taking stand and spinning stories against political adversaries continues in slanderous manner, he said adding that all the people duped by Margadarsi should get justice and we will fight for it.
The Court rejecting the plea to close the Margadarsi case and serving notices to RBI, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh governments and Margadarsi to submit affidavits show the depth in the case.
Undavalli Arun Kumar had filed the PIL that the High Court had dismissed the case while the investigation is still going on and the apex court had taken up the case.
It has asked the respondents to file affidavit by the next hearing.
Public money was was used for private purposes and the news paper of the group has been writing toxic stories on political parties and leaders that are opposed by TDP.
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's concept of Mavigun was shown in bad light and the newspaper has been writing on a slanderous manner targeting YSRCP and it's leadership, said.
