*YSRCP condemns attack on leaders; demands action*

Visakhapatnam, June 28: YSRCP has condemned the attack on its party leaders and demand stern action against those involved in it and said Chandrababu is running the government with police and not with public support.

Speaking to media here on Sunday, leader of opposition in Legislative Council Botsa Satyanarayana said, the law and order in the state has deteriorated and it is a jungle raj that is going on in our state. Our Party MLCs and former ministers were going to Penumaka on the invitation of locals to observe the manner in which they are being harassed. 
While they were on their way, TDP goons have stopped the convoy and attacked it which we condemn and demand action against those who were involved in the attack. The farmers have told our leader about the harassment being meted out on them and our team was visiting them which is a democratic process. 
The manner in which they carried out the attack shows that they are guilty of the charges of harassing the farmers who did not part with their land. 
Chandrababu carries out his rhetoric of development in Amravati time and again and if that is  fact why not allow our team to see. They are afraid that the extravaganza would be visible and not development. The rampant corruption in the name of capital and the harassment would very much tangible, he said. 
Anyone questioning the government would be facing harassment and false cases which has become order of the day as Chandrrababu is running the state with the help of police and not on public support. Sai Krishna’s lockup death is an example of the jungle raj, he said. 
The government has failed to provide MSP to any crop and farmers are being harassed not only in Amravati region but all over the state. 
The government is pursuing its policy of selling liquor by opening outlets at beaches and airports which goes against our tradition. 
We demand that all those involved in the attack on our Party team visiting Penumaka be brought to book, he said.
