*Law and Order deteriorating in State*

Rajahmundry, June 29: YSRCP has strongly objected to the forcible acquisition of land from farmers in Amaravati and condemned the attack on the Committee visiting Penumaka while affirming that law and order situation has deteriorated in the State.

Speaking to media here on Monday, former MP Margani Bharat said, the attacks on the Committee were preplanned and meted out with precision and YSRCP will stand by the people and fight against all such vindictive actions.
The attacks were carried out under the instructions of Nara Lokesh and what is being followed in the State is the Red Book Constitution.
Police should arrest all those involved in the attack, he said, adding that land should be acquired if the farmers volunteer but any forcible acts would be condemned.
The attack and the Sai Krishna’s custodial death besides Kranthi Kiran’s suicide point out that there is lawlessness in the State.

The Sai Krishna incident got prominence only after YS Jagan Mohan Reddy went to console his family members and till now nothing is being said about his dead body.

No one from the coalition leaders had spoken about the truth behind Saikrishna's custodial death or the dalit Kranti Kumar’s suicide.

In the city a BC youth was harassed by foisting PD Act and was humiliated in public.

For every vindictive act the coalition government is carrying out, it has to bear serious consequences in the coming days, he warned.
