YSRCP objects to restrictions on YS Jagan’s Nellore visit

Tirupati, July 29: YSRCP has taken strong objection to the restrictions being imposed in Nellore in wake of former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s visit and said whenever a popular leaders visits any place people will come on their own and there is no need to mobilize them.
Speaking to media here on Tuesday, former TTD Chairman Bhumana Karunakar Reddy said, notices were issued to our leaders and many restrictions were imposed to scuttle the scheduled visit of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to Nellore jail where he will visit Kakani Govardhan Reddy who was detained illegally.
The official machinery should understand that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is a popular leader and has a large following and the Party need not mobilize any crowd as people will voluntarily come on their own and it is absurd to issue notices to our leaders and impose restrictions about people gathering during his visit.
No one can stop people from coming to see our leader and official machinery threatening that cases would be booked is absurd, he said and reiterated that there is no need for any of us to mobilize crowd.
Taking a dig at the P4 concept of Chandrababu Naidu he said, there is shift from governance to philosophy and rich helping the poor is a philanthropic work and is in no way part of governance. Chandrababu has created so much wealth for himself that he can sponsor the 20 lakh families identified for P4 instead of coercing state administration and fixing targets.
None of the TDP MLAs and leaders had come forward to sponsor any family under the much hyped P4 concept but they started collecting funds in the name of P4 which shows the way the governance being run in the State.
