Tadepalli, June 14: Former Chief Minister and YSRCP President Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed deep grief over the tragic boat accident in the Krishna River near Konuru in Pedakurapadu constituency of Palnadu district. He said it was heartbreaking that a boat carrying relatives attending a family function met with an accident, resulting in the deaths of two persons while two others remain missing.
YS Jagan conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and urged the government to launch rescue operations on a war footing to trace the missing persons safely. He called upon rescue teams and officials to work in close coordination and expedite the search efforts.
He also appealed to the government to extend immediate financial assistance to the families of those who lost their lives and provide them with all necessary support during this difficult time.
