Tadepalli, April 2: Former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, expressed deep shock and anguish over the brutal attack in Visakhapatnam, where a woman lost her life, and another is in critical condition. Condemning the incident, he stated that law and order in the state has completely deteriorated, leaving women vulnerable and unprotected.
Referring to the recent suicide attempt by a pharmacy student in Rajamahendravaram due to harassment, YS Jagan lamented that another tragic incident has now unfolded in Visakhapatnam, where Nakka Lakshmi was killed, and her daughter, Nakka Deepika, is fighting for her life. He strongly demanded stringent punishment for the accused, Naveen, and urged the government to take immediate action.
Expressing his deepest condolences to Lakshmi’s family, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy assured that the YSR Congress Party stands firmly with them during this difficult time.
