Sajjala calls for united public movement & digital mobilisation

Tadepalli, Nov 7: YSRCP State Coordinator Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy held a teleconference with regional coordinators, district presidents, parliamentary constituency observers, state secretaries, MLAs, and constituency in-charges, directing the party machinery to intensify the fight against the coalition government’s attempts to privatise government medical colleges.
Sajjala announced that district-level poster releases against medical college privatisation will be held tomorrow, followed by constituency-level events the next day, and subsequently at the mandal level. After each poster release, leaders must hold press meets and clearly explain the party’s stand to the media. He expressed satisfaction over the “One-Crore Signatures - Rachabanda” public outreach program, stating that citizens are strongly supporting YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s stand to protect public healthcare and medical education. “We will continue this movement until the government rolls back privatisation plans,” he said, calling upon all democratic forces, allied parties, community groups, civil society, and social organisations, to participate. A review on signature collection will be held next week.
Stressing organisational preparedness, Sajjala instructed leaders to complete party committees at all levels within the fixed timeline and ensure strict compliance with central office guidelines. Data digitalisation and member profiling must be done rigorously, he said, adding that necessary software is ready. Leaders should work like an intensive drive and appoint observers wherever needed to expedite committee formation.
He urged digital mobilisation to amplify outreach: “Every programme must reach the public widely through social and digital media. Coordinate closely with digital managers and strengthen booth-level vigilance during the Special Electoral Roll Revision. Prepare booth agents and stay alert.”
Sajjala emphasised that the party must be organisationally battle-ready before local body elections. “We are raising our voice on behalf of the people. Let every leader work with dedication, not formality,” he said, reiterating YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s directive that committees must be not only formed but also remain active and committed.
