YSR Synonymous With Honouring Promises
14 May 2019 2:17 PM

It was exactly 15 years ago, on this day that late Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy took oath as the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh. He was known as the man of the masses as he took the pain of travelling to every nook and corner of the state on foot to get first hand account of people's problems. After he got an insight into the plight of people, he vowed to change their lives for better. Sure enough he did! Soon as he took oath as chief minister, Dr YSR filled up the void in people's lives by making healthcare and education accesible to them. No wonder then he has remained the most loved politician till date.
His son and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy posted a message remembering his father's greatness. In his message, YS Jagan said that Dr YSR was known for honouring his promises and recalled that it was on this day that YSR had made sure people's confidence in him stayed alive.
