*TDP must answer ED Notices to MP Kesineni Chinni: Devineni Avinash*

Tadepalli, May 26: NTR district YSRCP President Devineni Avinash demanded that the Telugu Desam Party respond to the Enforcement Directorate notices issued to Vijayawada MP Kesineni Chinni and clarify the allegations of financial crimes linked to shell companies involving his family members.

Addressing the media at the YSRCP central office in Tadepalli, Avinash stated that the ED had identified financial irregularities and that Kesineni Chinni was expected to appear for questioning. He stated that under the guise of consultancy businesses in the United States and real estate ventures in Hyderabad, Chinni had cheated many innocent people and that several victims continue to approach his office seeking justice.

Avinash stated that Chinni entered politics using money collected through fraudulent activities and even purchased the MP ticket by paying huge sums to Lokesh. He further criticised the Vijayawada MP for turning politics into a business model aimed at recovering election expenditures many times over through illegal sand, soil, liquor, gambling, and fly ash syndicates operating across the Vijayawada parliamentary constituency.

He also said that Chinni was collecting money from ration shops every month and that allegations of settlements, land grabbing, and encroachment of temple lands were being widely discussed in Vijayawada. Avinash said it was unfortunate that such a person represented Vijayawada in Parliament and remarked that the meaning of “MP” in the constituency had now become “Mud and Gambling.”

Questioning why no action had been taken despite TDP MLA Kolikapudi Srinivas publicly raising corruption allegations against Chinni with supporting evidence, Avinash demanded answers from the government. He warned that YSRCP would strongly respond if Kesineni Chinni continued making remarks against YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
