YSRCP MLAs Protest at the Assembly
18 Mar 2016 11:14 AM
Hyderabad: Opposition YSRCP MLAs started to protest at the gate of Legislative Assembly against holding back MLA Roja from entering the assembly. It is known that MLA Roja has been unjustly suspended for one year from the assembly by the ruling party. Roja won the petition Roja had filed against her suspension. High Court issued interim orders allowing her to attend the assembly sessions. Roja handed over a copy of the orders to Satyanarayana, the general secretary of the assembly. But this morning, when she tried to attend assembly with court orders, she was hindered by marshals as per the speaker’s instructions. YSRCP MLAs protested against this atrocious act.
