Karimnagar: YSR congress Party President, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s sister, YS Sharmila, is planning for Parmarsha Yatra shortly in Karimnagar district. This has been informed by MP and president of Party Telangana committee Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy that she would meet 30 families of Karimnagar district, who committed suicides after the death of YS Rajasekhar Reddy.
In the meeting held by YSRCP, this Sunday, Ponguleti remarked on TRS for not keeping their promises which were made during the elections. Addressing the party workers, he said that even the ruling party in Andhra Pradesh is following the same path of misleading the people. He demanded that both the Chief Ministers should keep up their promises if they really have any concern about the farming community.
Ponguleti stated that he would definitely take this issue to parliament. YSR Congress Party demanded that farmers who lost their hard earned crop should be taken care as early as possible. It is also requested that Karimnagar district should be declared as drought district. A part from this, YSRCP stated that, without any change in the design, Pranahitha-Chevella project should be given National status.
