YSRCP ridicules Chandrababu's double standards

Visakhapatnam, May 15: YSRCP has slammed the double standards of Chandrababu in austerity measures and took objection to the political talk on a platform with prominent leaders from outside.
Speaking to the media here on Friday, former Minister Gudivada Amarnath said while the publicity machinery of Chandrababu has tom-tommed about his depleted convoy, the father and son have been taking special flights very frequently, exposing the double standards.
The extravagance of Chandrababu in renovating his houses at Hyderabad, Delhi, and Undavalli makes a mockery of his austerity speech following Narendra Modi's call.
He also flayed Chandrababu for his political speech on a platform where Union Minister Rajnath Singh and other prominent people were on the stage for a defence project.
Speaking politics on such a stage is audacious, and calling YSRCP names is unfair. TDP has a history of backstabbing and lack of ideology and keeps changing its stand quite often, he said.
On the hike in fuel charges, he said Andhra Pradesh has the highest rates in the country.
