YS Jagan Team Meets Sitaram Yechury

Hyderabad: The leader of opposition and YSRCP president YS Jagan, followed by YSRCP MPs, met CPM leader Sitaram Yechury at New Delhi. They discussed the matter of sanction of special category status to AP with him. YS Jagan and the MPs of YSR Congress Party are meeting certain national leaders in Delhi. Due to TDP's miserable failure in attaining special category status for the state, YSRCP, being the principal opposition party in the state, is fighting relentlessly for it. The party has performed many dharnas, agitations and protests. It has organised programmes like Yuvabheri as an attempt to improve awareness on the subject among the youth. YSRCP has consolidated its fight by meeting and seeking the support of other political parties, in protest to the TDP and the BJP Governments for their deception regarding the sanction of the status to AP.
