Police serving political agenda

Tadepalli, Dec 26: YSRCP has slammed the coalition government for misusing police to meet its political agenda by foisting false cases against political adversaries. 

Speaking to media here on Friday, Party legal Cell President Manohar Reddy said police have booked Party cadre for celebrating YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s birthday and foisted false cases against them across the State. In Anantapur, Chittoor, Krishna and other places the police acted as per political agenda to book youth for participating in YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's birthday celebrations. He demanded action against police in the Pathikonda and Kadiri incidents.

They were booked when they participated in a blood donation camp though medical records of blood collected was available only to pleasant political masters.

Even small, petty and family disputes are being blown out of proportion to project the Opposition in poor light.  Despite court directives, police are following the dictates of political bosses and have pulled up the law on numerous occasions.

They have been filing sedation cases as well on social media activists besides issuing look out notices. One such activist was arrested in Hyderabad and brought to Kadapa, as he came from the Gulf to see his ailing daughter.
