Eenadu spreads venom, stands exposed as Chandrababu’s mouthpiece

Tadepalli, Dec 27: YSRCP SC Cell State President TJR Sudhakar Babu strongly condemned the Eenadu newspaper for what he described as a sustained campaign of venomous and unethical propaganda against YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, acting at the behest of TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu. He said Chandrababu wears the mask of a statesman but in reality represents hypocrisy, conspiracies, and political deceit throughout his career. While people are struggling with real issues, the yellow media has reduced itself to shameless praise of Chandrababu, abandoning journalistic responsibility.

Sudhakar Babu pointed out the double standards in Chandrababu’s remarks on religious practices. While he mocked the act of a few individuals offering symbolic blood in devotion to YS Jagan, he remained silent on incidents where animals were sacrificed on his own birthday and goats were slaughtered and garlanded around Balakrishna’s flex banners. He questioned why such acts are not termed violence, exposing the selective outrage and hypocrisy of the TDP ecosystem.

He asserted that YS Jagan has never indulged in politics of violence and has always worked with compassion for the people, earning genuine love across sections of society. Unable to tolerate this acceptance, Chandrababu and the yellow media are resorting to spreading hatred and misinformation. He alleged that Eenadu functions as Chandrababu’s personal mouthpiece and has turned journalism into an unethical enterprise, including attacking YS Jagan for opposing the privatisation of government medical colleges.

The YSRCP SC Cell announced a boycott of Eenadu, stating that the newspaper has crossed all limits by continuously publishing malicious content against YS Jagan. As a mark of protest, party workers burnt copies of the newspaper. Sudhakar Babu also asserted that once YSRCP returns to power, a thorough investigation will be conducted into the scams behind the privatisation of medical colleges, and strict action will be taken against those found guilty.
