YS Jagan condoles loss of life in Godavari boat tragedy

YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has expressed shock and grief at the loss of lives in the tragic boat mishap in the Godavari river. He said the mishap occurred only due to the negligence of the State Government. He said the usage of old and timedout boats was the cause of the accident.
On Thursday, YS Jagan has announced an ex-gratia of Rs 50000 each on behalf of the YSRCP.
Senior party leaders MLC and Eluru Parliamentary constituency president Alla Nani, MLC Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose, CGC member Jakkampudi Vijayalakshmi, senior leadrs Tellam Balaraju, Karumuri Venkateswara Rao, Tuni MLA Dadisetti Raja and othes called on the victim and expressed their condolences.
It may be recalled that a launch capsized and sank to the bottom of the river in a major mishap on Tuesday. 40 persons are feared missing in the accident. As many as 19 bodies have already been recovered.
