Roja terms TDP as a 'pappu batch'

Nandyal:YSRCP MLA RK Roja on Saturday termed the TDP as a 'pappu batch' and they should stop poaching legislators from other parties.
Addressing the media during a YSRCP campaign for the Nandyal by-poll, she dared the turncoat MLAs to resign and seek fresh mandate. "The grand success of the YSRCP public meeting has rattled the TDP and hence it is resorting to unlawful means in its campaign," she said. The Nagari MLA highlighted instances of TDP leaders hiring people to stage protests against YSRCP nominee Silpa Mohan Reddy.
Taking potshots at minister Akhila Priya, MLA Roja said that the former YSRCP MLA has no right to talk about traditions and customs. She reminded Akhila Priya that Chandrababu Naidu did not send a condolence message or come to convey his condolence when the latter's mother Shobha Nagi Reddy died in a tragic road accident. "Akhila Priya should first check facts before commenting on traditions. Her priority has become ministerial posts than respect for her parents. How can she side with a chief minister who does not have the courtesy to show respect to her parents," Roja said.
