No extravaganza during Maro Praja Prasthanam

Mahabubnagar, Nov 22,
2012: YSR Congress Party Central Governing Council (CGC) member K .K. Mahender
Reddy asked party rank and file not to indulge in extravaganza of throwing
flower petals during the Maro Praja Prasthanam of Sharmila in Mahabubnagar
district.
In a statement issued
in Mahabubnagar on Wednesday, Mahender Reddy asked people and party cadre not
to invite Sharmila for ceremonies of flag hoisting, office openings and
statues’ unveiling. He asked people to reveal their problems to Sharmila when
she comes to villages during her Padayatra.
Sharmila is entering
Mahabubnagar district through the Tungabhadra Bridge and will reach Pulluru
around 1 pm today where she will address a public meeting, according to
Programme Coordinator Talasila Raghu Ram and party district convener Krishna
Reddy.
