- Inquiry on Note for Vote case quickened
- Order for submission of report within the 29th of September
Hyderabad
: Special court ordered for inquiry on the involvement of AP CM Chandrababu in Note for Vote case and ACB officials hastened the inquiry as per the orders. They are discussing action plan regarding the case. In light of the court's order to submit a report before the 29th of September, ACB officials assembled yesterday and today as well to discuss adding Chandrababu's name as accused.
On the other hand, the reinvestigation of the case brought a stir in the TDP circles. Conspiracy is being plotted to move the accused in the case to other states, as is heard. Babu is all tensed up about the ACB inquiry.
It was mentioned almost 33 times in the ACB charge sheet that Chandrababu was involved in the issue of buying MLAs at the time of MLC elections in Telangana. All the people involved in the plot were mentioned clearly. ACB mentioned clearly in its 25-page report about the scam of Rs.150 crore and purchase of MLAs.
It is being criticised how the case was watered down by the agreement made between KCR and Chandrababu in the dark. Babu hastily moved from Hyderabad to Vijayawada. As MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy approached the court over this issue, the case came into picture again. ACB court ordered the officials to take up the case and investigate it again.
