I strongly condemn brutal lathi charge on Anganwadi workers: YS Jagan

Leader of the Opposition in Andhra Pradesh Assembly and YSRCP President, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy took to the popular social media platform, Twitter, to condemn the lathi charge on anganwadi workers at Vizianagaram in strong terms.
"Strongly condemn brutal lathi charge on Anganwadi workers agitating for their rights at Vizianagram. @ncbn, you speak of women empowerment, yet you resort to oppressive measures against them. Aren't you ashamed of failing to provide them with enhanced wages, as done in Telangana?," YS Jagan tweeted.
YS Jagan also pointed out that the Anganwadi workers in Vizianagaram were only fighting for their rights.
