Vijayawada: YSR Congress Party chief and Leader of the Opposition, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Thursday alleged that examination papers leaks is being carried out in a strategic way. He alleged that Minister Narayana is behind the leakage only to get name for his students who are studying in Narayana institutional colleges.
The State government initially bluffed that 10th class exam papers were not leaked. But getting a report from Directorerate of Government Examinations, the State government agreed that the paper was leaked, YS Jagan said. "Before exams begin at 9.30 am, the Narayan staff are colluded with the students by sending answers to the students through mobile phones. Is it not the malpracticising? Is it the way to conduct exams? Don't you find any fraud in this?," Jagan questioned the TDP government. Whole episode will be out only if CBI inquiry is ordered in the case, YS Jagan remarked.
"Only a CBI inquiry will nail the role of minister Narayana and his educational institutes," he said. The YSRCP will provide all evidences in its possession to the CBI, YS Jagan said and assured his party's full cooperation in the investigation.
The YSRCP also has evidences pertaining to the Hindi paper leak in Kadiri of Anantnapur district, he added.
He strongly condemned the statements of Chandrababu on the issue in the assembly and termed them as misleading and self-contradictory. "The chief minister has not spoken about those responsible for the question paper leak but is blaming the 'Sakshi' reporter who brought the issue to the notice of the district education officer." he said and questioned.
YS Jagan was speaking in the AP legislative Assembly during the debate over the examination paper leak.
