Filing Visakhapatnam Cases if fought on behalf of the people ..?

Visakhapatnam: The YSRCP Visakhapatnam district President, Gudivada Amarnath fired on the government for filing illegal cases on the Paderu MLA, Giddi Eswari who is fighting and  understanding about the tribal and tribal sentiments to inform the government. He questioned, "How can a case be filed when it is not related to proactive speeches instead the speech is about supporting for the welfare of people?". He commented that the TDP leaders filed 5 illegal cases including the attempt to murder on Eswari which is unfair. Amarnath clearly stated that, there is Constitution, Court and YSRCP support to fight for the justice and save Eswari.
