YSRCP winning streak continues

Amaravati, Feb 14: The second phase of Gram Panchayat results maintained the same winning streak of 80 percent of sarpanch seats like in the first phase which reflects the overwhelming response to the Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s governance and the trend will continue the next two phases YSRCP has said and came down heavily on TDP for its false claims and fudging the figures only to prove its existence and relevance. 
Speaking to media here on Sunday, Government Advisor (Political Affairs) Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said, the governance of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy which is carried out on saturation mode has sunk in deep and people have been acknowledging it by the mandate in GP polls while the TDP has been resorting to all its old tricks with the support of its friendly media to put up a brave face, distorting the facts and manipulating the results to show that it is still relevant in the polity, though the reality is otherwise.  
In the second phase figures, he said, the Party supporters, sympathizers and rebels, as there were many aspirants, put together have won 2,649 seats against the total of 3,325 with TDP setting for 538, BJP 5, JSP 35 and others 98, he said. 
We have also proved the authenticity of first phase figures by posting the photos of the winning candidates who are our Party supporters. Yet, TDP false claims continue even in the second phase stating that they have won 39 per cent seats with no substantial evidence or proof. We will be uplink the names and photos of our supporters who won in the second phase in a couple of days.
TDP has brought out a fake website with common key words and has been posting its own version of the results with no authentication. We have complained on the issue and action will be taken, he said.  
TDP is only showing its bravado in tandem with its friendly media that has been propagating false stories with no basis and Chandrababu Naidu has been resorting to his cheap tricks of spreading lies like the YSRCP supporter in Civil Suppiies Minister Kodali Nani’s home town has lost. In reality the Minister hails from Gudivada and he had to give the correction that the village mentioned by TDP is not his native place. In the constituencies of Paritala Sunita and many others, our supporters have won with good margins but we do not want to go into the micro details. 
On one hand Chandrababu has been telling that elections are being held undemocratically and on the other hand he has been claiming 39 per cent victory for his party supporters, which is ridiculous. There were no candidates for the Opposition to filed and many were pushed into the contest though unwillingly. Only some of his diehard followers, who were addicted to his type of corrupt practices are still continuing in false hopes.
The local conditions my play a vital role in the GP results but our estimate of 80 percent victors had supportive evidence which TDP lacks and is showing its exaggerated and made up version. 
The media should play a prominent role in judging the numbers being given out. We are coming out with hard facts and are even posting the pictures of the winners while TDP has been just propagating falsehood and manipulating the figures, he said. 
Our Party under the leadership of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has won over 52 percent votes in 2019 elections and the welfare schemes has swelled the mandate, he said adding that the Chief Minister has never spoke in the course of election while TDP president has been coming out with blatant lies after the results were announced in the two phases. 
The Party will win all the phases in the same manner and measure and elections to other local bodies will be no different, he said.
