Tadepalli, March 17: Reiterating that YSRCP stands for bravehearts, former Chief Minister and Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said the party stands for values and credibility and that he would soon start a mass contact programme.
Addressing party Ongole leaders and cadres here on Tuesday, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said the party was built by its cadre and its strength lies in its value-based approach and credibility.
The contrast between our governance and the coalition is clearly visible, and households are expressing their dissent, he said.

They always pursued the path of corruption, and we inherited a state in shambles with just Rs 100 crore in 2019.
Despite Covid, we took corrective measures and put the state back on track. Though there were pressing issues and obligations, we did not stop welfare activities and implemented our manifesto in both letter and spirit, which surprised many.
We stood with the poor, and from the Rs 3.31 lakh crore loans, we distributed Rs 2.7 lakh crore towards welfare.
On the other hand, Chandrababu, in two years, has raised Rs 3.30 lakh crore without fulfilling any of his poll promises. He has scrapped all our schemes, and his schemes have not taken off. Where did all the money go? The simple answer is rampant corruption, he said.
State revenues are falling, lands are being given away at throwaway prices, and Amaravati works are steeped in corruption.
TDP is the only party whose MP was caught in a drug case, and there is no safety for women.
He has been trying to dilute issues whenever there is an atrocity against women by appointing committees and dragging matters.
He said his padayatra would begin soon and that people’s issues would be taken up.
In this term, cadre will be given top priority, he said.
