YS Jagan expresses shock over Anakapalli firecracker unit tragedy

Anakapalli, April 13: Former Chief Minister and YSR Congress Party President Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed deep shock and sorrow over the tragic fire accident at a firecracker manufacturing unit in Kotavuratla, Anakapalli district. The incident claimed several lives and left many others seriously injured.
YS Jagan extended his heartfelt condolences to the kin of those who lost their lives in the explosion. Terming the incident as deeply distressing, he urged the state government to immediately step in and provide full support to the families of the deceased and the injured. He emphasized the need for proper medical treatment for those wounded and called for all necessary help to ensure that affected families recover from this tragic loss.
Y.S. Jagan directed the YSRCP leaders to visit the accident site without delay and provide all possible assistance to the victims. He also appealed to the government to take comprehensive measures to rehabilitate the victims’ families and ensure their welfare in the aftermath of the accident.
