Nellore, April 16: Terming Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Juvvaladinne tour a grand success despite hurdles created by the coalition government and police, YSRCP thanked all those who turned up in large numbers.
Speaking to the media, former Minister Kakani Govardhan Reddy said the coalition government was scared seeing the huge response to the tour.
Police and RTA set up several barricades to stop fishermen from meeting YS Jagan, but they defied all restrictions and came to meet their leader. Fishermen were threatened that they would lose benefits and were coerced, but they remained unrelenting and made the visit a grand success.
Fishermen voluntarily came from faraway places like Sarvepalli, Kovur, and Nellore.
He said the TDP propaganda machinery is spreading false rumours, but they will not bow down to such pressure. YS Jagan remains in the hearts of fishermen, who have stood by him, while the coalition has consistently cheated them.
