YSR Congress party Rajya Sabha MP Vijayasai Reddy ridiculed Chief Minister Andhra Pradesh N Chandrababu Naidu on Twitter for his claims of making Amaravati a city of global standrards.
Vijayasai Reddy in his post derided Chandrababu for bragging that Amaravati will enter into the first 100 liveable cities in the globe. In reality, it is learned that no city from the country is present in the list.
The senior YSRCP leader added that Chandrababu is not even worried about the readers, listeners, and others who might laugh at him. He took a jibe at Chandrababu’s statements on holding a Happy Cities conference in Amaravati by stating that there are no residents in the city.
Another statement from Chandrababu was about MoU’s being signed between Canton, Zurich cities on 2000 watt smart cities. Responding to this, the Rajya Sabha MP said Chandrababu has come up with Memorandum of Understanding phase after the graphics, wherein the election notification will be announced in another 10 days.
The senior YSRCP leader took potshots at Chandrababu over his statement on linking 140 rivers. Vijayasai Reddy reminded Chandrababu that there are only 40 major rivers in India and that even if we add rivers from Pakistan and Bangladesh, it is not going to add up to a hundred rivers. He said after the TDP supremo’s statements, irrigation engineers are worried as to how to locate them.
