*Lokesh must answer for sports quota irregularities in Mega DSC: TJR Sudhakar Babu*

Tadepalli, Sept 18: YSRCP SC Cell State President TJR Sudhakar Babu alleged serious irregularities in sports quota appointments under Mega DSC. He challenged Education Minister Nara Lokesh to attend an open debate at the SAAP office on September 21 and prove that only eligible candidates were appointed.
He questioned how Kuna Ravi Kumar signed attestations as Softball Association president on May 16 when he was reportedly elected only on June 22. He also asked how certificates were attested before the DSC merit list was released on August 22. He demanded an inquiry into whether associations received the selection list in advance and issued certificates accordingly.
Sudhakar Babu alleged that relatives of softball association office-bearers secured teacher posts using participation certificates. He cited the appointments of G. Ruchitha, Lakshmi Devi and Kolapalli Nagamalakshmi and demanded verification. He also questioned how district-level players obtained Form-2 certificates meant for national-level achievements and how certificates were created without regard to candidates’ ages.
He said YSRCP did not want any genuinely qualified candidate to suffer. Party leaders would reach the SAAP office with affected aspirants and documentary evidence on September 21. The government must disclose district-wise details of all sports quota appointments. If Lokesh cannot disprove the evidence and establish that every appointee was eligible, he must resign as Education Minister, Sudhakar Babu demanded.
