APCOS, a turning point in AP

Amaravati: YSRCP MLA Jogi Ramesh said today is a turning point in the history of Andhra Pradesh with the establishment of AP Corporation for Outsourced Services (APCOS) by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as appointment letters were issued to 50,449 outsourcing employees.

He said Jagan Mohan Reddy took the decision to start the corporation as he had seen the problems being faced by the outsourced staff during his 3,648km padayatra. During Chandrababu Naidu’s regime, unemployed youth had to shell down lakhs of rupees to get an outsourcing job. It was Chandrababu Naidu’s relative Bhaskar Naidu who made money by gIving away these outsourcing jobs, he said.

But now, Jagan Mohan Reddy is providing 50% reservations to SC, ST, BC and Minorities in the provision of outsourced jobs. All these sections are now happy with the development and are paying encomiums to the Chief Minister. Moreover, 50% reservation is also being provided to women in the outsourced jobs, he said.

The MLA said there is no meaning in Chandrababu Naidu claimimg that Achennaidu was arrested because he is a BC leader. Achennaidu was arrested as he looted Rs 151 crore from the government exchequer and there was enough proof for that. He said Weaker section leader Moka Bhaskar Rao was murdered in Machilipatnam at the behest of Chandrababu Naidu by the henchmen of Kollu Ravindra and he should be arrested for that.

Speaking on the occasion, YSRCP MLA TJR Sudhakar Babu said Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was able to bring about revolutionary changes in the administration and prove himself to be true benefactor of the weaker sections as he had seen their struggle for existence during his padayatra. He said  all the weaker sections were behind the Cief Minister as they are being benefited by him in al ways.

He said people like opposition leader Chandrababu Naidu can’t digest the development schemes that are being implemented by the YSRCP government for the welfare of weaker sections, as they had only thought of suppressing them and looting the people’s money for which they were shown the door at the hustings. He said the TDP leaders had no right to criticise the prominence being given to Vijay Sai Reddy, YV Subba Reddy and Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy in the YSRCP as it was a party affair and they are like the pillars of the party.
