Village Secretariats Promise - a big hit

YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has announced the creation of  Village Secretariats to address the people's grievances at local level instantly.  He made this announcement  at a public meeting conducted as part of  Praja Sankalpa Yatra near  Mutyalapadu junction at Chagalamarri mandal in Allagadda assembly constituency. 

YS Jagan said the concept of village secretariat will be implemented soon after his party come to power in Andhra Pradesh. 10 employees will be recruited exclusively in the secretariat which will deal the issues of  issuance of  ration cards,  pensions, fee reimbursement, Arogya Ssri cards.  All the applcaitions will be sorted out within 72 hours in the village secretariats. 

The YSR Congress chief came down heavily on Chandrababu Naidu for constituting Janmabhoomi committees with TDP leaders.  The Committees exploited all the schemes meant for poor by diverting funds . In some cases, the real beneficiaries were denied to avail the benefits of the schemes .
