Ruling TDP Leaders Turns As 'Land Sharks' in AP
11 Oct 2017 7:53 PM
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu's claim that he committed to root out corruption proved a big absurd. The ruling TDP leaders are engaged in encroaching the lands owned by government as well as private properties by creating false documents and also instigating the owners.
In a clear example, TDP senior leader JC Diwakar Reddy's son -in- law and MLC from Anantapur district Deepak Reddy was arrested for encroaching lands in Hyderabad and other parts of Telangana and AP. Deepak Reddy in collusion with a lawyer created fake documents and occupied costly lands. The leader also attempted to occupy crusher plant owned by a women entrepreneur by creating false documents. Earlier, Deepak Reddy looked after the financial affairs of the company.
Based on a complaint lodged by the woman, the Forensic department conducted enquiry into the whole episode and confirmed Reddy forged the property documents in 2014. The investigating authorities served notices on the TDP leader. Anticipating his arrest, the leader approached courts for bail.
