Chandrababu Naidu is synonymous to conspiracy politics. During his regime, Chandrababu has been targeting the opposition leaders by spreading canards and false propaganda with an intention to malign the image of the leaders in the public .
After the YSR Congress party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy announced his padayatra, the TDP Chief was leaving no stone un-turned to defame YS Jagan in the public. On the instructions of Chandrababu, the TDP leaders were spreading rumors that YS Jagan yatra would create law and order problem like the Tuni Incident happened during Kapu agitation on their demands last year.
Earlier also, the Chief Minister tried in vain to project YS Jagan as one of the biggest income tax defaulter by leaking false information to the media. He also requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi to make public the names of defaulters. Finally, YS Jagan name was not figured in the defaulters list and TDP campaign proved a false.
Chandrababu also resorted to false propaganda that Jagan amassed huge assets. His conspiracy politics was also exposed thoroughly when NT Rama Rao was dethroned by using NTR's wife Laxmi Parvathi as pawn.

Fearing YS Jagan's yatra will bring down his government in next elections, the CM instructed the DGP to impose restrictions on the yatra by not giving police permission.
