YSRCP's en masse Deekshas boost up stir

Hyderabad, Oct 2, 2013:
Giving a fillip to its 2-month long agitation aimed at keeping the state of
Andhra Pradesh united, YSRCP leaders and activists on Wednesday launched a
massive Deeksha programme across the 13 districts of Seemandhra demanding the
Centre not to go ahead with the bifurcation process.
Participating in the
month-long programme that coincided with the Gandhi Jayanti day and Lal Bahadur
Sastri Jayanti day, party MLAs, coordinators, leaders and activists sat on
hunger strikes en masse in all 175 assembly constituencies.
While at Kurnool YSRCLP
Deputy Leader Sobha Nagi Reddy began a 48-hour Deeksha along with party
activists, party central governing council member Bhuma Nagi Reddy launched his
Deeksha along with 75 activists at Nandyala.

At Mydukuru in YSR
district, Chodavaram in Visakha district and Polavaram in West Godavari
district, party leader S. Raghuma Reddy, coordinator Balireddy Satya Rao and
MLA Balaraju also began their Deekshas respectively demanding the Centre to
keep the state united.
