YSRCP protesting and organizing Dhranas today

Hyderabad: YSRCP  is organizing  dharnas at all Tahsildar offices in the State today protesting against the indifference's of TDP Government towards spiraling costs of essential commodities.

The Government has been neglecting the farm sector totally and the farmer, who is bearing the brunt from lack of bank loans, to lack of rains, hike in prices of fertilizers and no sight of procurement facilities, should be given a bonus of Rs 200 per quintal besides eliminating middlemen.

It was during YSR's period that the MSP has gone up by three times and the present rate of Rs 1,450 is not sufficient as the cost of inputs had increased manifold.

The prices of essential commodities have been increased steeply and the common man is burdened heavily while the government is paying no attention towards the people’s problems.

"Backed by various sections of people bearing the brunt, we will organize a dharna and submit a memorandum to the Tahsildars across the state highlighting the failure of the government in checking the hike in price," party leaders stated.
