YSRCP flays TDP govt over their meager response in AgriGold issue

Vijayawada: YSRCP leader Vellampalli Srinivas flayed TDP government over their meager response in the AgriGold issue. He said” TDP government is not all concerned about the 20 lakh people protesting over the AgriGold issue.

The relay hunger strike organized by the YSRCP in support of the victims has reached the second day. YSRCP leader was there to support the victims.

The leader said” the government is trying to take over the assets of AgriGold. Not even one of the victims has been compensated by the government. Out of the 260 victims, who committed suicide only 143 were paid ex gratia." He added, The list of victims has also not been placed online. He reminded it was YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who fought for the victims in the assembly. In Krishna district, AgriGold has assets worth one thousand crores. The leader expressed his solidarity for the victims and assured them for quick justice to their problem.
